Please read these terms carefully before using jobf3. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jobf3 website, platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). jobf3 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the jobf3 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the jobf3 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any person who interacts with any feature, game, or service on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of jobf3. jobf3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jobf3. Using the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is strongly recommended that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your personal records.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the jobf3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. jobf3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling activities in your jurisdiction before using jobf3.
- You must be acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party when using the Platform.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gambling service.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of jobf3 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
⚠️ Age Verification: jobf3 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All accounts are subject to age verification checks. Accounts where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited without exception.
2. Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of features on the jobf3 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and sports betting — you must register a personal account. Registration is free. Only one account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Information Accuracy
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile without undue delay.
- jobf3 reserves the right to require additional identification and verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary to confirm your identity or account details.
- Submitting false, forged, or misleading documents during KYC verification will result in immediate and permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held in the account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jobf3 strongly recommends the following security practices:
- Use a strong, unique password for your jobf3 account that you do not use for any other online service.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or customer support agents (jobf3 staff will never ask for your password).
- Always log out of your jobf3 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
jobf3 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact jobf3 support immediately at [email protected].
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the jobf3 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jobf3 does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposit and withdrawal processing times, minimums, and methods are subject to the payment terms current at the time of your transaction, as displayed within your account dashboard.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit at jobf3 is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jobf3, though your chosen payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. jobf3 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties.
- Deposits are typically credited to your jobf3 account instantly upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
- jobf3 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered jobf3 account holder.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are prioritised and are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
- Before your first withdrawal is processed, jobf3 will require completion of KYC identity verification. This is a one-time process and is required to protect both you and the integrity of the Platform.
- jobf3 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is an active investigation into potential Terms violations, suspected fraud, or a pending KYC review.
All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments in either direction are not permitted. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be confiscated pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
jobf3 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.
- Bonuses credited to your account must be used in accordance with the wagering requirements specified for each offer. Wagering requirements set out how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- jobf3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of any such change.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonus funds as part of any commercial gambling strategy, arbitrage scheme, or coordinated group activity is prohibited and will be treated as abuse of the promotion system.
- Where jobf3 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a coordinated abuse scheme, jobf3 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the account.
⚠️ Bonus Abuse Warning: jobf3 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and coordinated wagering schemes. Accounts found in violation will be closed and all associated balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited. jobf3's determination in these matters is final.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the jobf3 Platform are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules as displayed on the Platform and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence in respect of the conduct of that game only.
Sports Betting
- All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market. jobf3 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any bet differently where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has affected the market.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at jobf3's discretion. The Platform may delay acceptance of in-play bets to account for live data feed latency. Any bet placed on an event that has already concluded will be voided.
- Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market may apply. Current limits are displayed within your account at the time of bet placement.
- jobf3 does not accept bets on events in which the outcome is already known, on events manipulated for the purpose of gambling, or on any market that jobf3 has reasonable grounds to believe has been subject to match-fixing.
Casino and Game Rules
- Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. jobf3 does not interfere with game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that interrupts a game round will result in that round being voided and the wager returned to the player.
- Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to the terms of the specific jackpot pool as operated by the relevant game provider. jobf3 facilitates access to these jackpots but is not the operator of the jackpot pool itself.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits per game are displayed within the game interface itself. It is your responsibility to review these limits before placing any wager.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jobf3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.
- Fraud, including chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, exploitation of Platform errors, and any form of financial deception.
- Money laundering or the use of jobf3 to process proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games and sports betting markets.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to regular human users.
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software, game logic, or odds calculation to gain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal Platform operation.
- Providing false information at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting customer support.
⚠️ Prohibited Conduct Consequences: jobf3's decision regarding what constitutes a violation of this section is final and binding. Where funds have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited in full regardless of how they were generated. Criminal activity will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
7. Responsible Gaming
jobf3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of tools that registered players can use to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings and do not require you to contact support to activate.
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) allow you to cap the maximum amount you can deposit within a set period.
- Session time reminders notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration, helping you stay aware of how long you have been active on the Platform.
- Cooling-off periods allow you to temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, during which you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-exclusion allows you to exclude yourself from the jobf3 Platform permanently or for a defined extended period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected and will be processed immediately upon request.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jobf3 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content — is the exclusive property of jobf3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the jobf3 Platform without jobf3's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any jobf3 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jobf3, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, jobf3 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform, including losses on bets, casino games, or any other wagering activity.
- Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
- Any losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or non-delivery of funds by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if jobf3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
jobf3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to your data.
jobf3 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services to you and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
11. Amendments to These Terms
jobf3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jobf3 will endeavour to notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to your account. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the jobf3 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request the withdrawal of any available balance.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and jobf3 arising from or related to your use of the Platform, these Terms, or any transaction carried out on the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jobf3 customer support directly.
jobf3 will endeavour to respond to all formally submitted disputes within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties may seek resolution through such other mechanisms as may be available under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
